| Hill Country Camp House, ie, Rob Hallenbeck as agent/outfitter, is hereby authorized to proceed with finding
a Hunting Lease for those listed. All lease fees will be paid in advance to Hill Country Camp House. A 50% deposit is required from hunters before ranch inspection. The balance
will be due before hunting actually begins. As Agent, Outfitter will receive 15% of the first year, 10%
of the second and 5% of the third year total lease amounts. All fees in subsequent years will also be billed through the Camp House. There
are no guaranteed hunts. All fees will be distributed to the land owner upon receipt of a signed agreement
by the hunter, the land owner and agent. Please Copy and have all hunters sign remittance. Hunter holds Agent harmless in any event. Hunters are responsible for property
damage. |
